Really fantastic handmade fringed leather dress with loom beadwork across the chest & back. Long fringe throughout, some accented with pony beads & metal tips. This is a great example of someone’s handiwork, but the maker is unknown. At least Native American inspired, but I am unable to attribute it to any one person or tribe. This is a heavier weight hide. The stitching is machine done. Someone knew what they were doing. This piece was actually screwed to a wall as a display piece. Could certainly be worn or displayed according to your preference. Does have some marks. See notes below.

Maker: Unmarked. Handmade. One of a kind.

Condition: Handmade, so some irregularities in construction. It looks like it could have been altered over the years, so some stitch / needle holes here & there. Some stains, marks, & signs of wear here & there, including the natural imperfections of leather. Screw holes where someone drilled through to display the piece on a wall. Small tears at the corners of the neck, over the shoulders. Some visible glue stains from the construction process.
